In Time, Computer linked time and attendance package for Windows.
The InTime package allows its users to simply and effectively control allaspects of employees' time and
attendance, absence and personnel recording; by providing quick accurate and up to date information to
the PC from the clocking stations in the work areas. This tried and tested solution has proven benefit in
reducing administration time and cost in the payroll generation process, with the added benefit of access to
employee information at the touch of a button.

Employee clocking Cards and Fobs
Employees use a unique non-contact Infrared or proximity scanned badge to clock in and out. The badges are
extremely robust and will not wear out. Should an employee leave, the badge may be reused for a new starter.
These badges offer significant advantages over other technologies such as mag-swipe: they are low cost, rugged,
easy to create by the systems administrator for new employees.

When employees clock IN valuable clocking information is sent through to the P.C.
software for automatic calculation, editing & analysis. Available at anytime,
